In this role, you’ll spend your days visiting retail stores, supermarkets, and food service outlets to promote Orang Tua Group’s snack products. You’ll handle everything from stocking shelves to demonstrating products, ensuring that our snacks are prominently displayed and well-received by customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with retail outlets, supermarkets, and food service providers to promote Orang Tua Group’s premium snack products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Stock and display products effectively to maximize visibility and sales.
• Conduct demonstrations and provide product knowledge to retailers and consumers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports to the sales team.
• Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to retailers and consumers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with retail sales software and POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
