📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a diverse portfolio of luxury properties in Bali.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and tenants to ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of property upkeep and tenant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the appeal and value of the properties.
• Lead and mentor a team of property managers and maintenance staff.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in property management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management, with a focus on luxury or high-end properties.
• Proven track record of managing high-value assets and ensuring operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software such as Yardi, BuildingIQ, or similar.
• Certification in Property Management (CPM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
