As an Assistant Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and processing credit notes and claims, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reported. You'll work with our accounting software, QuickBooks, and other financial tools to streamline our financial processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process credit notes and claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Work with the accounting team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Finance Team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the financial health of the company.
• Ensure that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate, and that there are no discrepancies in the financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
