📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the architectural design process for residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring they meet our company’s vision and values.
• Oversee the development of construction drawings and documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international building codes.
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural design with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in architectural design and sustainable development.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders, and provide expert advice on design solutions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record of leading successful architectural projects in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and green building certifications, such as LEED or BREEAM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and codes in Bali.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
