- Develop and implement strategies for the growth and expansion of Sharia-compliant financial products.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of Sharia-compliant products, from concept to launch.
- Ensure compliance with Sharia principles and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sharia experts and financial professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Islamic finance.
- Represent PT Jamkrida Jakarta at industry events and conferences.
- Drive innovation in Islamic finance through research and development.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Islamic Finance, Sharia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sharia compliance and Islamic finance.
- Strong understanding of Sharia principles and Islamic financial instruments.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of financial software and tools such as Oracle, SAP, or similar.
- Certification in Sharia compliance (e.g., CFE, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus.
