📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Develop and implement AI strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
• Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data collection to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize AI initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our AI solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI.
• Proven track record of leading machine learning teams and delivering successful AI projects.
• Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant machine learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, data mining, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying and scaling machine learning models.
• Certification in AI or machine learning (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, Google Professional Data Engineer) is a plus.
