• Manage and process auto loan applications, ensuring compliance with Toyota Capital Services' policies and regulations.
• Conduct credit assessments and risk analyses to determine loan eligibility and terms.
• Collaborate with dealerships and customers to structure financing solutions that meet their needs.
• Use Toyota's finance system and Salesforce to track and manage loan portfolios.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training new hires and supporting team development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance, credit analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian automotive finance regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in using Toyota's finance system and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
