📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics officers, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and monitor logistics processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP or JDE for inventory management and tracking.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics supervision or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing logistics teams and processes.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, JDE, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
