📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and shoot high-quality video content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to meet brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand messaging and campaign goals
• Optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring they perform well in terms of engagement and reach
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital video content and social media marketing
• Manage video production schedules and deliverables to meet project deadlines
• Create engaging and shareable content that aligns with our brand’s voice and values
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve video quality and storytelling techniques

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in video production, preferably in a marketing or digital content role
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
• Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual composition
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio showcasing previous video projects and creative work
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus
