📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including room inspections, guest requests, and team performance.
• Ensure adherence to service and cleanliness standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 staff members.
• Streamline workflows using our in-house management system (HIMS) and mobile app.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software, such as HIMS or similar systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
