📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the sales and collections team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Bau-Bau region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and manage collections to ensure timely payments.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track and manage client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and collections, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing collections.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and industry practices.
