📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create training materials and resources,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Excellent organizational and time management skills
