📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers.,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams by answering questions and resolving issues related to our documentation.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
