📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality products.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.,Attend team meetings and provide updates on store performance and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar store environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies, and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
