📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and creating effective job descriptions and person specifications.,Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.,Collaborating with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles and levels.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
