RGF HR Agent Recruitment is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Chemical Trading Division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the success of our chemical trading operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the chemical industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry.,Strong understanding of the chemical industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
