📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international safety standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
Certification as a Safety & Health Officer (SHO) or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and local Indonesian regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven track record of improving safety performance and reducing incident rates.
