📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily business operations,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff,Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and visitors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and principles,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
