📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the position.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
• Understanding of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
