CV Cempaka Mulya is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and wants to make a difference.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our logistics team. You will work closely with our drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure that our products are delivered on time and in good condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.
  • Oversee the work of drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel.
  • Ensure that all shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on logistics performance to senior management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
