📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Lead and manage a team of outlet staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve overall business objectives.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges in the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
