Bright Data Abadi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Account Executive to join our team in Ubud. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and maintaining key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Identify new business opportunities and drive sales through innovative strategies and solutions.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and issues promptly.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the data industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the data industry and its applications.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and culture is a plus.
