📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Performing routine and specialized laboratory tests and analyses.
  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards.
  • Preparing and maintaining laboratory records and reports.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate laboratory operations.
  • Participating in training and development programs for new employees.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with laboratory software and data management systems.
  • Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control (preferred).
