📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with chefs to ensure menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
• Train and develop staff to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain a positive dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role, preferably in a management capacity.
• Proven ability to manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations, with a valid food handler’s certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software, such as QuickBooks or Toast.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
