📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain product availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Collaborate with the head office to ensure consistent brand standards and quality control.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is an advantage.
