📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of crew members, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.,Develop and implement operational plans to meet company objectives and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Monitor and maintain vessel performance, including fuel consumption, engine room machinery, and navigation equipment.,Ensure the safety of the crew and passengers, and conduct regular safety inspections and drills.,Manage and maintain all crew records, including crew changes, training, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with shore-based personnel and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.,Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License (Master Mariner's License) and other relevant certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams effectively.
