As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's human resource strategy and ensuring the well-being and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
