📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and roadworthy, and that all drivers are properly trained and certified.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure that all deliveries and transportation needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance.,Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed, and that all vehicles are properly inspected and maintained.,Work with the company's IT department to ensure that all fleet management software and systems are properly maintained and updated.,Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and other stakeholders, and ensure that all communication is clear and concise.,Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to obtain a security clearance, if required.
