In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our mall engineering teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also be involved in strategic planning, implementing new technologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to keep our malls at the forefront of the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the technical operations of premium mall properties in Bali, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of engineering teams, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Develop and implement engineering plans and schedules to ensure efficient and effective mall operations.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to mall management and staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of mall operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the property management or engineering industry.
• Proven experience in overseeing the technical operations of mall properties.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Certification in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
