Bali Super Host is seeking a talented and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for our properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the development of sustainable and high-quality accommodations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the installation of MEP systems for new and existing properties.,Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.,Maintain and update MEP system documentation and records.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the MEP industry.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bali.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
