📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep records of all candidates.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Provide feedback to candidates on their application status and next steps in the recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation sessions.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
