📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Base Go Indonesia's services.,Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing.,Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Create and manage marketing budgets and reports.,Ensure compliance with all marketing regulations and guidelines.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the transportation sector.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving marketing goals and driving business growth.
