📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist head chefs in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stored properly.
• Prepare ingredients and food items as required by the kitchen staff.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking and ordering supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and healthy dining environment.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook Helper or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.
