As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and driving efficiency across all locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

You will be responsible for inventory management, supply chain coordination, and customer service optimization, all while leveraging tools like SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily operations across all retail and wholesale locations in Bali.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement and monitor operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
• Utilize SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align operations with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply chain coordination, and customer service optimization.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the retail and wholesale landscape in Bali is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently to different locations in Bali as needed.
